EverRise Housing was founded in Houston, Texas by people who saw firsthand what happens when vulnerable adults fall through the cracks — and decided to do something about it.

EverRise Housing exists to provide safe, stable, and dignified residential care for adults who need more support than they can find on their own. We believe that where you live shapes everything — your health, your sense of self, your ability to grow.
Every home we operate is built around the same principle: residents are people first. Not cases. Not diagnoses. People — with preferences, routines, relationships, and futures worth investing in.

Our staff are trained, licensed, and — most importantly — genuinely committed to the people in their care. Every EverRise home is managed by a dedicated on-site house manager, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in residential care, social services, and housing.
Leadership Team
Administration & Operations
Our administrative team brings together expertise in residential care licensing, Medicaid waiver programs, housing policy, and nonprofit operations. They handle compliance, funding, and the systems that keep our homes running well.
House Managers
On-site, 24/7
Every EverRise home has a dedicated house manager on-site around the clock. They know each resident by name, manage daily routines, coordinate care, and are the first point of contact for families and staff.
Care & Support Staff
Daily living support
Our care staff are trained in person-centered support, behavioral intervention, medication management, and crisis response. They work alongside residents every day — not just during scheduled check-ins.
Licensing & compliance
Accountable to the people we serve
EverRise Housing operates in full compliance with Texas state licensing requirements for residential care facilities. Our homes are regularly inspected and our staff are trained and certified to the standards required for each program we operate.
Texas HHSC Licensed
Our group homes are licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), which sets and enforces standards for residential care facilities in Texas.
HCS & TxHmL Waiver Providers
We are approved providers under the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Medicaid waiver programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Staff Training & Certification
All staff complete required training in first aid, CPR, medication administration, behavioral support, and person-centered care before working directly with residents.
Regular Inspections
Our homes are subject to scheduled and unannounced inspections by state licensing authorities. We welcome this oversight as part of our commitment to accountability.
